The study lasts up to 2 months. During this time, you and your child will meet with your local study doctor up to 4 times. These visits are an important part of the study, as they allow your study doctor to closely monitor your child’s progress.

About the Study
About 20% of babies and young children have eczema, also called atopic dermatitis. Eczema can show up as red, crusty patches on your baby’s skin, often during their first few months. While eczema can appear anywhere, it often shows up on a child’s cheeks and in skin creases, such as the insides of the elbows, backs of the knees, wrists, or ankles. And since eczema is so itchy, your child can’t help but scratch – only leading to further skin irritation.
Right now, dermatologists at select centers in the US and Canada are conducting a new research study that may be able to help. The study is for an investigational, steroid-free cream for eczema. If your child is between 3 months to < 24 months old and struggles with eczema, you may be eligible.
If you join the study, your child will receive all study-related care at no cost from a local dermatologist, and you may also be compensated for your time and travel to attend study visits.

Why Participate?
If your child is 3 months – 24 months old and struggles with eczema, you may qualify for a local clinical research study. The study is for an investigational cream for mild to moderate eczema. By joining the study, you will receive:
- Evaluations of your child’s eczema condition from a local specialist
- Study-related care and medication at no cost (insurance is not required)
- Compensation for time and travel for attending study visits
